Please read the following Terms of Use and User Agreement carefully before using www.omniajewelry.co. If you do not agree with these terms, please do not use the website. By using the site and filling out forms with your personal information, you are deemed to have accepted all terms written on these pages.

1. Rules of Use and Security

Membership at Omnia Jewelry is open to all, and services provided are free of charge unless stated otherwise. The site administration reserves the right to block usage or take legal action in the following cases:

• 1.a. Recording information on the site that is incorrect, irregular, incomplete, misleading, or contrary to the laws of the Republic of Turkey and general moral rules.

• 1.b. Unauthorized copying of site content, in part or in whole.

• 1.c. The User is solely responsible for any damages resulting from sharing usernames, passwords, or usage rights with third parties. Users may not use or access the personal data (IP addresses, e-mails, etc.) of others without authorization.

• 1.d. Using software or engaging in activities that threaten site security, hinder operations, or involve unauthorized deletion or modification of data.

2. User Responsibilities

• 2.a. User data (visit duration, time, pages viewed) is tracked to improve our services. This data may be shared with business partners in accordance with our Privacy Policy to enhance the user experience.

• 2.b. Users must comply with the Turkish Penal Code, Turkish Commercial Code, Intellectual and Artistic Works Law, and all relevant legislation while using our services. Any legal, criminal, or financial liability arising from misuse belongs to the User.

• 2.c. If a User fails to comply with the obligations stated in this agreement, Omnia Jewelry may temporarily or permanently suspend the account.

• 2.d. Users may not prevent others from using the site or overload servers/databases using automated programs. Fraud attempts will result in immediate termination of membership.

• 2.e. Copyright, trademark, or intellectual property notices may not be removed from any material copied or printed from the site.

• 2.f. Membership cancellation and account deletion can be performed by the User via the site. This action is irreversible.

• 2.g. Payment information (credit card, etc.) provided for purchases must be accurate. The User accepts all legal and criminal responsibility for these details.

3. Notices and Communications

• 3.a. The e-mail address provided by the User is considered the legal address for any notifications regarding this agreement.

• 3.b. Users must notify Omnia Jewelry of any changes to their e-mail address within 3 (three) days; otherwise, notifications sent to the old address will be deemed valid.

• 3.c. Any notification sent by Omnia Jewelry to the registered e-mail address will be deemed to have reached the user 1 (one) day after it is sent.

By using this site, the User declares, accepts, and undertakes that they have read, understood, and accepted all the terms of this agreement.
