Processing time
Orders are prepared within [1–3] business days. Made-to-order and personalised pieces take longer — we'll give you an estimated timeline when you order.
Delivery within Türkiye
We ship across Türkiye. Estimated delivery is [2–4] business days after your order is prepared.
International delivery
We ship worldwide. Wherever international couriers can reach — including the UK, Europe, the Gulf, and North America — we can deliver. A small number of destinations may be unavailable due to courier or customs restrictions; if we can't ship to your location, we'll contact you and issue a full refund.
Estimated international delivery is [5–14] business days depending on destination. Shipping cost is calculated at checkout.
For international orders, any customs duties, import taxes, or fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the price.
