Delivery Terms
Standard Shipping and Delivery Your orders will be handed over to the courier within 3 business days (Monday-Friday) following bank approval. Depending on your location, the courier will deliver your order within 1-3 business days from the dispatch date.
Custom and Special Production Delivery times for custom-made or special production items vary based on the manufacturing process. Detailed delivery information for these specific items can be found on their respective product pages.
Insured Shipping and Security All purchases are delivered via fully insured shipping. Upon delivery, the courier will require a security code sent to you via SMS. Once this code is provided, the delivery is confirmed, and the insurance coverage is finalized. Omnia Jewelry assumes full responsibility for any issues encountered during the shipping process.
Communication and Order Status Should any delays occur on our part, you will be notified via the contact information provided in your account. It is crucial that your membership details are accurate and complete for seamless communication. Please note that deliveries are not processed on public holidays.
