Are your diamonds natural?
Yes. Every piece is made with natural diamonds, set in 14K gold. Full details — stone weight, metal, and dimensions — are listed on each product page.
Why do your prices change?
The price of gold and diamonds is set on international markets in US dollars, while we sell in Turkish Lira. To keep our prices fair and accurate, they are reviewed regularly against current gold and currency rates. The price shown at checkout is the price that applies to your order.
Do you make custom or bespoke pieces?
Yes. Through our Personal Design service we create pieces from scratch, and we can also rework jewelry you already own — inherited stones or older settings reimagined into something new. Visit our Services page or contact us to begin.
How do I know my ring size?
Our Size Guide has a full ring-size chart. If you're unsure, contact us before ordering and we'll help — resizing a finished piece isn't always possible, so it's best to confirm first.
Do you ship internationally?
Please see our Shipping Policy for current delivery options, times, and costs. For international orders, any customs duties or import taxes are the responsibility of the recipient.
Can I return or exchange an item?
Returns are covered by our Refund Policy. Items must be unworn and in their original condition with all packaging and documentation. Pieces that have been engraved, resized, or made to order to your specification cannot be returned unless faulty.
How should I care for my jewelry?
Remove pieces before swimming, exercising, sleeping, or using cosmetics and perfumes, and store them separately to avoid scratching. Gentle cleaning with a soft cloth keeps them bright.
